Lecture

This week lecture, we were taught about composition. We were also introduced to basic compositions such as :

• Focal point
• Scale and hierarchy
• Balancing of elements
• White space

Other than that, we were also told about the rule of thirds and the golden ratio(which looks like a seashell).  Last of all, we were taught about how to frame and crop. This week we had more students in one class so we had to migrate to the design studio on the 1st floor :D.

Instructions/Work

Mr Fauzi asked us to come up with 3 compositions for our physical collage. I initially had a plan to do something related to fashion but I later changed it to cats. I tried to change the look and feel of each composition to see which one would work best. Personally, I like the composition in Figure 1.1. 

I choose to make a collage about cats because I like cats  ฅ(＾・ω・＾ฅ) and I like memes. So I combined them both in this collage.
